Intensive 2 - Observation/Home Practice

Start a home practice using the concepts of intensive 1 and intensive 2. Home practice should be at least 20 minutes long, twice a week. One of the two weekly practices must include internal bandha in supine foundation. As soon as it is appropriate, bring internal bandha into all other postures and foundations.
