Intensive 2 - Journaling

Journal on each of the nine distractions of the mind. Spend a week or so with each and use journaling to discover your relationship to each one. Comment below the date that you journal for each distraction. You can also comment with your journaling if you would like but it is not required.

  3. Doubt

  4. Carelessness

  5. Indolence

  6. Lack of Detachment

  7. Misapprehension

  8. Inability to concentrate

  9. Instability
