Intensive 3 - Observation/Home Practice
Continue a home practice using the concepts of intensive 1-3. Home practice should be at least 20 minutes long, twice a week.
One of the two weekly practices must include meditation.
The other weekly practice must include practicing breath body in sitting for 10 minutes. During this time, lengthen the duration of the pause at the bottom of the exhale. Only do so to the extent that it feels panic-free.
