Intensive 2 - Sequencing

  1. Create a 40-minute sequence with the goal of wide-legged forward fold. Sequence must include compensation.

  2. Create an hour-long sequence for a standing asymmetrical forward fold. Use elements of your 40 minute sequence and advance it. Include where and how you would you teach the breath body in this sequence.
