Intensive 3 - Sequencing

  1. Create a 40-minute sequence with the goal of Warrior II. Sequence must include compensation.

  2. Create a an hour-long sequence for backbend (no full wheels! choose a goal appropriate for a beginner) . Use elements of your 40 minute sequence and advance it. Include where and how you would you teach the breath body in this sequence.
