the heart of purpose is found in Community
Retreats for Presence,
Connection & Joy
2026 Retreat Opportunities Coming Soon!
We are looking at locations in Spain late Summer and returning to our special oasis in Texas Hill County in the Fall.
Experiences for nervous system restoration, intuitive clarity, and meaningful relationship with yourself and others.
These retreats weave somatics, movement, meditation, intuitive ritual, and community connection — all held in a spacious, nourishing environment.
Every retreat also includes a service component, because serving others is one of the deepest forms of healing and belonging.
The Essence of these Retreats
Your Body Knows How to Heal, It just needs the Right Environment…
When you step out of your routines and into an intentional, opens pace, your nervous system becomes curious. Your attention widens. Your intuition becomes clearer. The retreat space is a incubator for deep presence and creative attention.
My retreats create the conditions for this deep, organic healing through:
movement + somatic practices
breathwork + meditation
intuitive and energetic work
relational presence exercises
community-based rituals
simple, heart-led service
These experiences remind you of who you are beneath stress, roles, and expectations.
The Role of Service
Why Service?
Because nothing reconnects you to yourself — and to others — faster than contributing to something bigger than you.
Service softens the ego and awakens the heart.
It pulls you out of self-focus and into a felt sense of shared humanity.
Service helps you:
feel your purpose instead of thinking about it
access compassion, presence, and humility
shift from self-protection to connection
heal loneliness by participating in community
embody your values through action
regulate your nervous system through meaning and contribution
witness yourself as someone who gives, not just someone who strives or copes
During every retreat, we include a simple, intentional act of service — something we offer together as a group. This might be tending the land, supporting local initiatives, or creating something for another group.
It’s not about productivity.
It’s about belonging.
When you serve with others, you remember that connection is your nature — not something you have to earn.
