Embodiment Foundations & Yogic Frameworks; An Orientation to Practice, Awareness, and Transformation. Students learn to organize yoga practice around joint integrity, intelligent sequencing, and the functional application of bandha. Using a single stable flow (Chandra Namaskar), trainees develop clarity, simplicity, and creative authorship in sequencing rather than reliance on prescribed forms.

This 200-hour foundational training is a deep immersion into the intelligence of the body—where movement becomes inquiry, breath becomes language, and awareness becomes your primary teacher.
